OMG that is almost a couple of years old, They even made a book on how to make your own (yes I've read it) it was "projects for the geek within" or something. Had some other good stuff in there also. But you can do other things besides just games.(this one guy proposed to his wife with it)

It is a proper building, they just arranged lamps behind the windows to create a matrix display.

If anyone has a 20x4 LCD, they used to have some cool animations on that website for your display. Not sure if they still do.
